This foreshore residential apartment project is aimed at a youth market. When Mark Gratwick Architects approached G4 Graphics to design the signage system, the project identity was already in place, developed by the marketing company responsible for apartment sales.
The challenge of a project such as this was to extend a brand initially designed for print into a coordinated system for architectural applications. G4 Graphics adopted the brand colours- red and black- and developed a lively contemporary pattern to unite all signage elements.
