Determined to turn the Wimmera segment of the Western Highway into a major tourism route, townships in the area employed G4 Graphics to develop a name for the Highway 8 route and related branding for eight towns in the area.
This resulted in the creation of readily identifiable icons which display a common palette of form, typography and colour. 3D and 2D signage options as well as print versions were provided for each township icon. In order to contain cost, each identity can be constructed from flat cut-out forms.
